1. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of products in the Vantia online store (myvantia.com). By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free. The applicable price is the one shown when you confirm the order. Offers for buying several units are applied automatically in the cart.

3. Purchase process

To buy, add the product to the cart, fill in your shipping details and make the payment. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. The contract is concluded in Spanish; this translation is provided for your convenience.

4. Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through external payment providers; this store does not store your card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 15 calendar days to return your order. The conditions are detailed in the Refund policy.
