Right of withdrawal (15 days)

You have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it.

How to return an order

1. Write to us at myvantia@gmail.com with your name and order number.
2. We will reply with the instructions and the return address.
3. Send the product in good condition, with all its accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Return costs

If you return the product because you have changed your mind, the return shipping costs are at your expense.

If the product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we cover all the costs.

Refund

We refund the amount paid using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or until you send us proof that it has been returned.

Damaged or faulty products

If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, write to us at myvantia@gmail.com with a photo or a video and we will replace it or refund your money, at no cost to you.
