Shipping, returns and guarantee
Shipping and delivery
For now we only ship to Spain. Shipping is free and tracked. Each order ships from our supplier's warehouse, outside Spain; that is why delivery takes 6 to 10 working days from confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Right of withdrawal (15 days)
You have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it. To do so, write to us at myvantia@gmail.com with your name and order number. In this case the return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The product must be returned in good condition and with all its accessories.
Damaged or faulty products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, write to us at myvantia@gmail.com with a photo: we cover the costs and send you a replacement or refund your money.
Refund
We refund the amount, using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 days from the date you notify us of the withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent.
