Shipping area

For now we only ship to Spain.

Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 6 to 10 working days from order confirmation. Each order ships from our supplier's warehouse, located outside Spain; that is why delivery takes longer than a domestic shipment.

Tracking

When your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number. You can check it on the "Order tracking" page of this website.

Customs and taxes

Prices include VAT. If you are asked to pay any additional amount when you receive the parcel, do not pay it and write to us: we will sort it out.

Delays and issues

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, or it arrives damaged, write to us at myvantia@gmail.com with your order number. We will look into it and, if the parcel has been lost, we will send it again or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
